4th Annual Chinese New Year Breakfast brought in $800 in donations!

The Fellowship of St John the Divine wishes to express our utmost appreciation for all those who attended and helped out at the Chinese New Year Missions Breakfast after Liturgy, Feb 3, 2008. FSJD is proud to present the $800.00 raised to the Orthodox Fellowship of All Saints of China to benefit Chinese Missions.

Special thanks to Socrates for his Iron Chef culinary preparation and directing the pan-frying activities in the kitchen, along with logistics and practical support provided by Tiffany and Melissa going back and forth between the kitchen and church hall. And Fr Antony for giving his pastoral encouragement at the end of Mitrophan Chin's brief talk on Chinese Missions while waiting for the Chinatown food delivery. And Peter always a catalyst for others as he puts away the chairs and tables with the clean up.
