Patronal Feast Day Celebration
The Feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos is our patronal feast day here at St. Mary’s!
About the Fast
For the two weeks before the Feast, until August 14, we fast in preparation for the Feast. Traditionally, the Paraklesis service of supplication to the Theotokos is sung on the weekday evenings of this fast. Join us at 7pm each Wednesday for this Paraklesis service.
Feast Day Celebration
On Monday, August 14, we will celebrate our Patronal Feast Day with Orthros at 5:30 pm, Lamentations at 6:45 pm, and Festal Divine Liturgy at 7:00 pm.
Immediately after the Liturgy please join us in the church hall for a Community Dinner!
